We collect information you provide directly (name, email, restaurant details), usage data (features accessed, actions taken), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) to provide and improve our services.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to operate and improve Sahm, send transactional emails, provide customer support, and — where you have consented — to send product updates and newsletters.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted sub-processors necessary to run the service (hosting, email, payments) and only under strict data-processing agreements.
4. Data Retention
Tenant data is retained for the lifetime of the subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years.
5. Your Rights
