By using Sahm, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
Sahm grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your restaurant operations. You may not resell, duplicate, or reverse-engineer the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Payments and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. After your free trial, our team will contact you to discuss the plan that best suits your needs.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance of planned downtime.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
